    Boo walk

    Elliptical: 5.32 miles in 50 mins at mod-low crossramps, mod resistance, for 590 calorie burn

    Boo walk: 1 mile

    WOD: Caterpillar- Butterfly, level 3 cardio high burn/streamline— 20 jumping jacks (done as step jacks), 10 butterfly sit ups, 10 sitting twists, 20 jumping jacks(done as step jacks), 10 flutter kicks, 10 V-wipers, 20 jumping jacks (done as step jacks), 10 knee to elbow crunches, 10 half wipers, active rest of 100 overhead punches during 1 min rest x 3 sets....I think the nature of the workout was changed by my *not* jumping. Like, more arm control work....?

    Overhead punches: 100 reps between WOD sets = 200

    Daily Dare: 40 seagulls— done with EC

    Knee Push ups Challenge, Day 27: 11 knee push ups x 3 sets, 30 sec rest

    Side to side kicks: 20 reps x 3 sets, <20 sec rest= 60 kicks

    Core Strength program, Day 27: 3 rounds of 10 knee in/twist & 10-count raised leg hold, 1 min rest x 5 sets (had to go to 2 mins rest for sets 4 & 5

    Bar work: 45 sec active dead hang x 1

                    Elliptical: 1.93 miles in 20 mins at random high crossramps and mod resistance, and fast pace with 20lb weight vest on

                    Bar work/Abs: Hanging knee raises 5 reps not dropping down and followed by scap shrugs 5 reps with 20 lb weight vest on x 3 sets, 30 sec rest

                      I can't read on my phone. I tried but even though it has a big screen my eyes get tired really fast. I have kindle for PC now that you reminded me of that.

                        WOD: Stand & Deliver, level 3 full body high burn streamline—20 jumping jacks, 4 jump squats, 20 jumping jacks, 4 jumping lunges, 20 jumping jacks, 40 punches, 1 min rest (EC) x 3 sets= 120 punches

                        Daily Dare from March 28 (yesterday): 200 overhead punches— done with EC

                        Daily Dare (today: 2 minutes tree pose— done with EC

                        Knee Push ups Challenge, Day 28: 55 sec knee push up hold— pushed back up to the top at the end!! Was not at all sure I would make it back up!!🤣

                        Core Strength program, Day 28: 1 plank walk out, 10-count plank hold, 1 plank walk out, 5 up/down planks, 10 plank crunches, 5 up/down planks, 1 min rest x 5 sets for level 3

                        Core Strength program, Day 29: 3 rounds of 10 leg raises & 10-count raises leg hold, 2 mins rest x 5 sets for level 3

                        Knee Push ups Challenge, Day 29: 12 knee push ups x 3 sets, 30 sec rest

                        ROMWOD 20 min static passive stretching

                            Elliptical: 5.29 miles in 50 minutes for 586 calories, at random high to low crossramps and mod resistance; so very sweaty

                            7 minute Yoga with Adriene- Yoga to get your juices flowing


                            PM-
                            Boo walk: 1 mile, less wind, yay

                            Jump Rope: 1 mins x 2 sets

                            Bar work: Ring Rows— 6 good form Reps between the JR sets

                            Daily Dare: 60 balance back kicks— done with EC

                            Knee Push ups Challenge, Day 30: 60 second knee push up hold— DID IT, then lowered down and pushed back CHALLENGE COMPLETED. 😎🥳

                            Bold Choice, level 3 full body strength/tone— 2 push ups, 10 squats, 2 push ups, 10 punches, 2 push ups, 10 punches, 2 push ups, 10 squats, 2 push ups, 1 minute rest x 3 sets

                            Core Strength program, Day 30: 50 side leg raises, right; 20 knee to elbows, 50 side leg raises, left; 20 knee to elbows, 1 min rest x 5 sets— PROGRAM COMPLETED, yyyaaayyyy, it’s BADGE DAY!!🥳😎👏🏼
