      Canoe exercise: TONS of chuck-it ball throwing up our terraces, so he’s getting lots of leaping in with those legs that go on forever!

          Boo walk/Canoe walk & loose leash training: sunny and cold; ~2miles this morning😎🦮🙄It was a slow, arduous time for half of it. We went our road to a big green space by the water tower, and let them off leash. Canoe raced around like an insane doggo with his nose to the ground, but was always retrievable and came back to us with a whistle.🥳😎We used the “stop each time he pulls” and the “make a quick about face each time he pulls” methods and husb and I both had a turn at it. Boo was way more patient with him during the walk than at home, which was interesting and nice.✅

          Foam Roller workout + 20 each wrist extensions/flexions✅

          Exercise of the Day: 40 knee to elbow crunches✅

          Bar work: 10 hanging knee raises x 2 sets, 5 NPUs, 5 Neg chin ups✅



          Noonish
          Elliptical: 4.7 miles in 45 mins on random high to low crossramps and moderate resistance for 504 calorie burn ✅

                    AM- SUPER REST DAY, as we were awakened 5 times with Canoe vomiting: garbage gut, new environment, all the things that happen😓

                    Canoe loose leash training: 4 times around our property line, with plenty of distractions on the street going by. He did pretty well with help of treats and focus on me with his name😏🦮✅

                    Transform 2021 Yoga with Tim, Day 6: he demo’ed 3 super sets of strength exercises. Husb says he will do them tomorrow. Not sure if I will or not.😏✅
