    Kicked off the Foundation today. Only took about a week to get motivated to get started.

      Days 2 and 3 haven't happened as have worked in the gardens and yard. About six hours each day digging, hoeing, raking, and push mowing, push, pull, lift, squats, lunges. Full body workout that accomplished stuff that needs done, broke significant sweat for several hours at a time AND great aerobics workout. Tomorrow is forecasted to be raining, so I'll get day 2 in then.

        Day 2 complete.

        It's amazing to me how we can so easily convince ourself we don't have time. 🤔 Day 2 took all of 15 minutes, including a warmup. Would have taken 18 minutes but I didn't take the full 2 minutes for recovery between sets.

          Day 3 of the Foundation in the books.

          Now, I just don't understand it! I have been doing this Foundation workouts for 3 whole days now, so why aren't I just completely slim and trim? Oh, that's right, it took me 6 years to pack on the extra 35#, I suppose I'd better give the program at least a week to produce a miracle.

            Day for of Foundation complete.

            Overall, general mild soreness (maybe it's, General overall mild soreness). To be expected after many years without structured exercise on semi consistent basis. Now to see how this bit of exercise effects my golf game as I have a tee time in 3 hours.

                Foundation Day 5 in the rear view.

                Tomorrow is abs, though not sure I can. The abs and 3 pak disappeared some years back, replaced by the senior's belly paunch.
