    Daily intake/output (Food, music, movement, etc.)

    Just starting a brief journal of my day to day intake/output highlights. By no means everything, but the stand outs.

    Music: Bane - Don't wait up.
    TV: Our Planet and Mythbusters.
    Reading: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
    Food of note: Home made fried rice.
    Movement: 20 sec tricep hold (challenge), prone fly extensions (daily dare), high knees and jumping jacks (<totals> program)

    Music: Alanis Morissette - Jagged Little Pill.
    TV: Our Planet and Mythbusters.
    Food: Vegan ohad thai and pineapple fried rice.
    Movement: Tricep dips (challenge), twists (daily dare), pushups, punches, shoulder taps, reverse angels (<totals> program).

      Music: Pup - Morbid Stuff
      Watching: Our Planet and Mythbusters
      Food: Corn chowder and tofu/potato skillet.
      Movement: Yoga Fix, one armed planks (daily dare), tricep hold (DD), Mountain climbers/lunges/plank leg-raises/side leg raises (<totals> program), 2.5 mile walk.
