        Classic warm up
        Ten Thousand Punches day 5, two sets, 10 pushups
        Peach workout. Three sets of everything. Thirty reps per set of everything except the glute flexes, those were still ten reps per set. 20 seconds rest between sets except clamshells, I just flipped over and did those without pausing. So EC, I guess.

            Today is day 793. I have an appointment for the first Moderna vaccination this afternoon.

              Yesterday was day 794. I was tired and wanted to take it easy after getting my shot, so all I did was ten thousand punches day 8, 1 set, 5 pushups.

                Today is day 795.

                Classic warm up, which I could not have done yesterday, as the shot left my left arm a bit sore and painful if I lifted it above 90 degrees
                Started doing ten thousand punches day 8 with the intention of doing pushups after every 100; got interrupted by a work phone call during set 2, so that's 5 (100) + 5 (50) + 5 (50) + 5 (100) for day 8
                Peach workout, 30 reps of everything per set except glute raises (those are 10 per set), 3 sets of everything, 15 sec rest between sets
                1 minute speed bag punches

                  Big Back workout. 26.5 lbs for the renegade rows, 15 lbs per hand for the Arnold presses, 26.5 lbs per hand for the deadlifts, 10 lbs per hand for the lat raises, 26.5 lbs per hand for the shrugs

                      Moderna. Other than the now-faded arm soreness and a little bruising around the injection site, I seem to be fine. I had a little bit of park-myself-on-the-toilet-time at one point but I suspect that had more to do with the maple bacon flavor vegan jerky that I'd eaten the day before. I'm scheduled for my next appointment in May, but even without significant side effects I've opted to take injection day and the next day off from work, just in case.

                      Today is day 797 of the streak. Would have started earlier but I had to do my taxes. I am mildly amused by the fact that my federal and state tax payments vs refunds balance each other out- I think I'm getting a net refund of a dollar.

                          I wish I could claim that I had planned things out and arranged my withholding, deductions, etc. to make everything even out. unfortunately it's just been another year of the standard deduction turning out to come really close to what gets withheld in my paycheck.

                              Since 10k+ captain added up to a little over 20 minutes and I was sweating into my eyes, I stopped at that point (I am tryimg to do at least 20 minutes of hard breathing or sweat inducing exercise per day)
