    Today is day 727 of consecutive workouts (even if some of those days the entirety of the workout is standing in the bathroom throwing punches until I hit a target number before bed).

    Classic warm up
    17 lbs per hand, standing dumbbell biceps curls, 3 sets 8
    24 lbs per hand for a total of 48 lbs, dumbbell bench presses, 3 sets 8; should be able to do 27 lbs per hand next time
    10 lbs per hand because it's been a while since I've done these, dumbbell chest flyes, 3 sets 10; may try 15 next time, may go up to 12 instead, we'll see
    17 lbs per hand, seated alternating dumbbell bicep curls, 3 sets 8 per arm
    17 lbs per hand, dumbbell bent-arm pullovers instead of inclined bench press because SOME of us don't HAVE incline benches, thank you so much strength training web sites, 3 sets 8
    24 lbs, dumbbell pulllovers (both hands gripping the dumbbell at the same time), 3 sets 10
    Back and shoulders challenge day 13
    Impossible Abs challenge day 7
    note to self: impossible abs works much better if, like today, you do the exercises on am empty stomach; no matter how tempted you are to keep your challenges going unbroken it is really not a good idea to do as you did two nights ago and insist on leg raises and side bridges immediately after eating pudding

                Today is day 730 of the streak. Despite 2020 being a leap year I consider that to be two years. I will be changing my badge once I am done with exercise today.

                            Today is day 731. If yesterday wasn't year 2 because of leap day, today is. I'm good either way.

                            Classic warm up
                            Back and shoulders challenge day 17
                            Impossible abs day 11
                            Strength and Power workout. 17 lbs per hand for the alternating bicep curls, 10 per hand for the alternating shoulder presses, 27 per hand for the bent over rows (no rest between sets there, just switch off between left arm and right arm), 1 minute rest between exercises. Did not rest between sets of punches either, just switched off lead foot/lead fist after 20 on each side, but as a result I lost track of where I was and may have done 3 sets 40, 3 sets 40 plus 20, or 4 sets 40, not really sure which.
