    today is day 288. technically it is a rest day.

    I did cardio/interval instead.

    4 minute warm up

    day 27 arms of steel, 4 sets 28 shoulder tap each

    captain workout, level 2- 5 sets separated by 45 seconds of rest so thatโ€™s EC too

      arms of steel day 28, 9 min nonstop punches

      epic arms. 25 pounds per aem, all sets. P. sure I hit failure orbclose to it during final weighted set. Will use 25 lbs next time Indo epic arms to make sure I can do it well.

      Sweating from eyebrows, scalp, stc.

            arms of steel day 30, 10 minutes nonstop punching. This challenge is finished.

            Gainer. 27.5 per arm for lunges. 37.5 per arm for farmer's walk, calf raises. 19.5 per arm for Arnold presses. 22.5 per arm for upright rows. For the deadlifts, (10+5+5) + (5+5+3+3) + (0.5+0.5) + 3.5 = 20+16+1+3.5 = 40.5 lbs per arm. My record for three sets of ten deadlifts now stands at a total of 81 pounds total.

            So much sweat. So much sweat everywhere.

                        Big Back workout, modified; I did renegade rows instead of renegade row pushups. 25 lbs for those. 15 lbs/arm for the shoulder presses. 25 lbs for the triceps extensions. 25 lbs/arm for the deadlifts. 10 lbs/arm for the first side raises, but it was starting to hurt, so I switched to the next size down I had, which felt a bit silly as that was 2 lbs/arm. 25 lbs/arm for the shrugs.

                                Today is day 300. I think I was tagged several times in the snowfight but I didn't check until it was over, so I'm just going to add some extra squats to basic rest day exercises and call it good.
