      I use a barbell set with 3 pound plates, 5 pound plates, a 3.5 pound central rod, and 0.5 pound nuts. I get 17.5 by doing 0.5 + 0.5 + 3.5 + 5 + 5 + 3. next time I do Hardgainer I wanna replace the 3 pound plate on each barbell with a 5 pound plate instead.

              30 day balance challenge day 1, light version- my attempts at one legged deadlifts without barbells have made it abundantly clear that my balance is shot and needs work

                balance challenge day 2, as 20/20/20/20 leg lifts separate from earlier batch
                Hardgainer. 19.5 (5 + 5 +5 + 4.5) for curls, upright rows, first two sets of shoulder presses. Left shoulder would not cooperate past four reps of the third set with that weight so I stepped it down to 14.5 on that arm and left the right one as it stood. That worked. Used the 14.5 barbell for the triceps extensions. Upped both weights to 22.5 for deadlifts, back down to 19.5 for the bent over rows.

                      Busy day yesterday (day 244) I didn't have time to do much other than:

                      150 punches/day, 11/100
                      2.4 miles on a bike at lunch
                      120-150 miles- I'm not quite sure, so just go with 2.3 hours- of night-time cross country flying in a Robinson R22 helicopter with no mechanical assists or ease to thw controls of any kind
