This hasn't been the greatest week for me, at least partly because of having to go into the office physically and then later in the week having to get a biopsy done. So my exercise this week hasn't been much to report on. But.

    Monday, November 8. Day 1012. 100 punches. Day 1012
    Tuesday. November 9. 120 punches. Day 1013
    Wednesday. November 10. 150 punches. Day 1014
Thursday, November 11. 150 punches, followed by 3 sets of 10 wall pushups each. Day 1015
    Friday. November 12th. 150 pushups + 3 sets 12 wall pushups each. Day 1016.
Today. Saturday, November 13th. Day 1017 of the streak
    Easy Abs challenge, day 1.
    Easy core challenge, day 1

    Today is day 1010.
    Classic warm up
Peach, with extra EC. I skipped the glute flexes. I did three sets of everything instead of two. I did twenty of everything per leg. I added three sets of side leg lifts, twenty per leg, between the side leg extensions and the clamshells. This came out to 16:50.
I opted to add in one minute of nonstop overhead punches, one minute of nonstop standard punches, and one minute of speedbag punching with about 5 seconds of rest time at the 30 second mark. I totaled out to 20:01 for today, so since I haven't taken my weekly COVID study survey yet, this is 3 days of 20 minutes or more of exercise hard enough to make me sweat or breathe heavily for the week.

November 2, day 1006, 120 punches before bed
November 3, day 1007, 150 punches before bed
November 4, day 1008, 100 punches before bed, also got up at 6 so I could get to a rental car and drive myself to my annual World Trade Center Responder health exam in another state for the lab tests (chest X-rays, blood draw, lung capacity testing); that wasn't fun
    November 5, today, day 1009
    Classic warm up
22 lbs per hand, bent over dumbbell rows, 4 sets 12
22 lbs per hand, dumbbell bench press, 4 sets 12
10 lbs per hand, standing lat raises, 3 sets 9; note to self, this hurts most in front part of shoulder rather than actual lats, find other exercises to strengthen those muscles
15 lbs per hand, prone dumbbell flyes
22 lbs per hand, standing simultaneous bicep curls, 2 sets 12
22 lbs, seated dumbbell triceps extensions, 2 sets 12
22 lbs per hand, standing dumbbell shrugs, 2 sets 15
24 minutes total, so that's 2 for the week

I am not sure how I missed reporting on day 1003, which was October 30. I had 100 punches that day, though. Wasn't feeling well- sinus infection or sinusitis, not sure which, but I threw together a bare minimum before bed and somehow did not think to comment on it yesterday. *sigh* sorry.
So Halloween was day 1004. Today is day 1005. I am currently valiantly talking myself into maintaining this streak.
    Classic warm up
Epic Arms workout, 22 lbs per hand, but I did 10 curls per arm each set and 20 punches per forward foot (40 punches per set total), so any way you slice it that's EC
this was a total of about 7 minutes, so that's not going to count for survey purposes, but at least I did something

22 lbs per hand, dumbbell stiff legged deadlifts, 4 sets 10
22 lbs in one hand, dumbbell rear lunges, 4 sets 5 reps per rear leg
22 lbs, dumbbell hip thrusts, did one and then got interrupted; stopped clock at 9:39
Realized I did not especially want to do the rest of the lower body weight work today, but did need to do lower body
    restarted with Peach instead
did 3 sets 20 reps per leg of everything in row 1 of Peach, skipped the glute flexes, did 3 sets 20 clamshells per leg, then 3 sets 20 v leg extensions, so that's EC
total time spent with stopwatch running was 25;12 so that's 1 for the week

October 26th was day 999. 120 punches; I had to work through lunch to get someone started with a new computer.
October 27th was day 1000 of consecutive days of exercise, even though a lot of days were purely token. Like, for example, day 1000. 150 punches total, 50 in the evening and 100 before bed.
October 28th, yesterday, was day 1001, and while it was only 100 punches before bed, it was also a day when I had to go into the doctor's office for an intrusive ultrasound, and having cold things stuck in places is not something that makes me enthusiastic about exercising when I get home.

    Today is day 1002.
    Classic warm up
22 lbs, one arm dumbbell rows, 4 sets 9 reps per arm
15 lbs per hand, standing Arnold presses, 4 sets 9 reps
10 lbs per hand, standing lat raises, 3 sets 9 reps
22 lbs per hand, close grip dumbbell bench presses (aka crush presses), 3 sets 9 reps
22 lbs per hand, bent over dumbbell rows, 3 sets 9 reps
22 lbs per hand, standing simultaneous hammer curls, 2 sets 9 reps
22 lbs per hand, dumbbell floor presses, 2 sets 9
22 lbs per hand, dumbbell shrugs, 2 sets 14 reps
25 minutes for the day, that's 3 for the week

Yesterday was day 996. Crampy as hell. 120 punches before bed.
Today is day 997. I had intended to do the full lower body weights workout today but for logistical reasons it is probably safer if I restrict the specific moves I do and then just go on to Shark Week and maybe Peach instead.
    So.
22 lbs per hand, dumbbell stiff legged deadlifts, 4 sets 10
22 lbs, standing dumbbell calf raises, 3 sets 8 per hand
Shark Week workout. The side to side lunges were counted as rightward, leftward = 2 lunges (I am never sure if I'm supposed to do both ways for a count of one, or just one way, then the other for a count of two). The side leg raises and the leg swings were 20 reps per leg.
Three planks, 35 seconds each, 10-15 seconds rest in between
Total workout time of 21:05, so that's 1 for the week

Yesterday was day 994. I had to drive someone to a medical appointment and navigate Boston traffic. Not my idea of fun. Wound up doing 100 punches before bed for my exercise.
    Today is 995.
    Classic warm up
22 lbs, one arm dumbbell rows, 4 sets 8 reps per arm
15 lbs per hand, standing Arnold presses, 4 sets 8 reps
22 lbs per hand, close grip dumbbell bench presses (aka crush presses), 3 sets 8 reps
22 lbs per hand, bent over dumbbell rows, 3 sets 8 reps
22 lbs per hand, standing simultaneous hammer curls, 2 sets 8 reps
22 lbs per hand, dumbbell floor presses, 2 sets 8 reps
22 lbs per hand, dumbbell shrugs, 2 sets 12 reps

this is 22:29, so that's 5 for the week

    Today is day 993.

    Classic warm up
goblet squats, 4 sets 8 reps, 22 lbs
Dumbbell stiff legged deadlifts, 4 sets 8 reps, 22 lbs per hand
Dumbbell plie squats, 3 sets 8, 22 lbs
Dumbbell hamstring curls, 3 sets 8, 22 lbs
Standing dumbbell calf raises, 3 sets 8 reps per leg, 22 lbs.
Planks, 3 of them, 35 seconds each
The first row of exercises in the Peach workout: 40 leg extensions (20 per leg), 20 side leg extensions (10 per leg), 40 leg swings (20 per leg). This was to make sure I actually hit the 20 minute mark, as I was faster this time than last time I did the weighted exercises. But with the Peach extras I did 21:38 minutes so I'm on 4 for the week so far for survey purposes.
