    Day 38: Daily Dare (with extra credit); 14k steps so far; Day 2 of IronBorn; met all three challenges. I made the whole wheat pasta salad from the recipe section last night and had it for lunch today, added extra veggies and a little low-fat Greek yogurt on top for protein.

                Day 42: Daily Dare (with extra credit); 12k steps; Day 6 of IronBorn; met all three challenges. In 12 days I'll be able to claim 30 Consecutive Days if I don't have any sick days.

                          Day 46: Daily Dare (with extra credit); almost to 14k steps; WOD (Level III); Day 10 of IronBorn; met all four challenges. I'm going to the gym with my friend tonight to support their fitness goals, probably just going to do some recumbent bike or treadmill after all that. Wouldn't mind getting to 20k steps by the end of the day.

                              Day 47: Daily Dare (w/EC); 8k steps; WOD (Level I); Day 11 of IronBorn; met all four challenges. Having a bad autoimmune fatigue day, it's time to rest and hydrate now. I really, really wanted to not work out today because I'm so tired but I made myself do it so that I could keep up with my goals and I'm glad that I did.
