Day 15 at Level 3 done and badge earned. Dare with EC done as well. While I was off on Friday my boss scheduled a whole bunch of help for my new project. It's officially mine to run and complete. I'm glad I have the backing and support of management for this.

Day 14 at Level 3 and Dare done. Tomorrow is 15 straight days of exercise. I'm for sure on my own this week for the project, but we will see what happens for the coming weeks.

Day 12 at Level 3 done. It was mostly a lazy day today, but still got everything set. I’ll find out more on the work situation on Monday.

Guest repliedHi Poofeycat! I recently read this artikel about how long it really takes to form a habit and it may interest you, so here's the link
It seems that it takes about 8 weeks to make a new behaviour become a habit and that having a "cheat-day" will not throw all the previous work down the drain, provided you get back up the next day.
So, be patient. It takes time, but knowing this and keeping in mind how long it takes on an average for everyone will get you through it, I'm sure

Day 11 on Level 3 done. Dare with extra credit done. I am glad I have this habit moving in the right direction because there is a chance I will be taking over in a middle of a large project so my stress levels will be going up.

Day 9 on Level 3 done. Dare with EC done. Noticed my arms got tired before my heart rate went up on most of the sets.

Did Day 8 on Level 3. My left side is weaker than the right, which I already knew due to the running and my left leg freezing up.

Today was meal prep day, so had some down time while the slow cooker worked. Day 7 of Foundation complete on Level 2 and dare complete with extra credit. Again my upper body strength is showing how weak it really is. I could have kept going with lower body, but the upper really ended it.

Migraine today, but still got the workout done. Day 6 of Foundation complete on Level 2 and dare complete with extra credit.

Day 5 of Foundation complete on Level 2 and dare complete. I'm back in the office this week so walking is a lot easier and I did 1.5 miles today. I'm feeling really good during the workouts, so next week I might move up to level 3.

Day 4 of Foundation complete on Level 2 and Dare complete with extra credit. Did good on walking every hour really the only time I missed was when I was sitting in traffic during the commute. My legs felt far better since I was moving.
