    Congratulations!

I want to try Athena's Playbook sometime (although honestly I want to do all the programs...)

Day 30 on level 1 done. Athena's Playbook completed!!

Tomorrow will be another day of Tai Chi and than Friday will be the first day of Ironborn. I've decided that my weekends will be unstructured when it comes to exercise. I want to get outside more and may go for a run or something as long as the weather is close to decent.

Today I did some Tai Chi which was really nice to have that relaxing bit after running around with all the stress. Today was an odd day, a job that I applied to over a year ago called me wanting to discuss my resume and I found out that the manager of the team I just left is probably leaving at the end of the month. Tomorrow I finally complete Athena's Playbook and then I'm going to do another day of Tai Chi and Friday will be the beginning of Ironborn.

Day 29 completed on level 1. I started on a new team today and they do different work, so learning the differences has been mentally tiring today. The physical workout really helped to balance things, the only draw back with the new job is that we don't get up and move around as much as my old team, so I'll have look at my schedule and plan some activities. Tomorrow I'm going to do Tai Chi and than on Wednesday I'll finish out Athena's Playbook.

Day 28 completed on level 1. I also took a 3 mile walk around the local park. Working on scheduling a sustainable workout practice and I have some ideas to try to see what works.

Day 27 completed on level 1. I had a migraine yesterday, so no work out. I have some much going on right now that I’m going to take the time tomorrow to set up a sustainable schedule and commit to following it for 90 days. I’ve almost completed 90 days of my meal plan and it would seem that is the most effective way for me to build a habit.

Day 26 complete on Level 1. Today felt really good. My calves are still super sore from two days ago, but it has been motivation to get up every couple of hours so that they don’t freeze up and I’m not limping around. I moved some boxes today and everyone was asking if I needed a dolly, but I was able to carry them without a problem.

Day 25 completed. The workout felt good and challenging. I’m still working on how I want to handle weekends, since I have so much going on during them. I’m thinking of either doing Tai Chi or some light yoga or maybe a rotating schedule of a month of Tai Chi and than a month of yoga.

Day 23 completed last week and Day 24 today. Weekends are not working right now, so I will have to re-evaluate how to set them up or if I want to do more relaxed workouts those days.

Day 22 completed. The 5 minute raised arm hold was killer and I couldn’t keep my arms parallel, but I got through it.

Last week was my work conference and then I had a convention. I ended up walking about 10 miles per day, so I’m counting that as my exercise for those days. I was pretty good about sticking to my eating plan. Today I completed day 21 of Athena’s Playbook at level 1. The difference between turning kicks and hook kicks is alluding me, but I muddled my way through it.

Day 20 complete. I did better holding the plank for the whole time this go around. I didn’t have to drop until the last two positions, so that is an improvement. Making due at the work conference and have been able to make food choices that fit into my eating plan without to much stress.

Day 19 complete. I hate the time jump in the spring. It is really killing me and tomorrow I have to travel for work to a conference that apparently the presenters have not researched how some people function and its just going to be constant movement and talking for 2 days.
