Day 11 on Level 3 done. Dare with extra credit done. I am glad I have this habit moving in the right direction because there is a chance I will be taking over in a middle of a large project so my stress levels will be going up.

Sounds like a good test to make sure your habit's strong, you can definitely do it though

Hi Poofeycat! I recently read this artikel about how long it really takes to form a habit and it may interest you, so here's the link

It seems that it takes about 8 weeks to make a new behaviour become a habit and that having a "cheat-day" will not throw all the previous work down the drain, provided you get back up the next day.

So, be patient. It takes time, but knowing this and keeping in mind how long it takes on an average for everyone will get you through it, I'm sure

Day 12 at Level 3 done. It was mostly a lazy day today, but still got everything set. I’ll find out more on the work situation on Monday.

Day 14 at Level 3 and Dare done. Tomorrow is 15 straight days of exercise . I'm for sure on my own this week for the project, but we will see what happens for the coming weeks.

Day 15 at Level 3 done and badge earned. Dare with EC done as well. While I was off on Friday my boss scheduled a whole bunch of help for my new project. It's officially mine to run and complete. I'm glad I have the backing and support of management for this.

Day 16 on Level 3 done. Today felt a lot more difficult than it has been, but that may be because my food schedule got thrown off. I drove to a clients after checking their status and in the mean time they closed so I had to drive back to the office. Completed the Dare with EC.

Day 18 completed on level 3. There was upper body today and that was really difficult, but I got through it. I got tons of support for the project I took over and we accomplished a lot of the steps today, so that may be off my plate soon.

Day 19 completed on level 3 and Dare done with EC. Hoping the snow keeps falling and I get to have a long weekend. We are close to the worse case scenario amount and it is still falling, so there is a chance.

Day 20 completed on level 3 and dare done with EC. We got over double the worse case scenario and should get more tomorrow night, so I’ll have to watch and maybe make a decision for traveling on Monday. I drove in the slush and snow today and had a lot of fun, but most of the people here don’t know what they are doing, so I think I’ll avoid work traffic.
