        Only Foundation again, because somehow or other I ended up hurting my wrist pretty badly and the planks in Back and Core were not agreeing with it. Try again tomorrow.

          Just Back and Core tonight, and couldn't quite finish it, but honest effort all around and I spent a good hour earlier in the day doing stretches and combat moves. Definitely enough for today.

            Rainmaker today. Shopping, getting ready for the semester, the impending snow, and a close call with a migraine took too much energy.

              Day 8 of Back and Core, which means the numbers are now equal. As the storm hits this weekend I'm supposed to move back into school, but we'll see what power outages do if they happen. Updates may be after the storm, all depending on what happens.

                  Yep, everything is still confusing with the storm and when I'm leaving. Looks like Monday will be a sheet of ice and also my transportation day, so that's cool. Upperbody Stretch, not overdoing it in case I wake up to a foot of snow and have to shovel. And hey, if I don't, then morning workout time.

                    Yesterday was Rainmaker; today was Arms and Shoulders Stretch with a large amount of walking-on-literal-ice and two-inches-of-fresh-snow-while-moving-back-in. Very tired, and classes start in the morning.

                          Shoulders Stretch. Finally getting some energy back, and I’ll probably go to the rec center Friday. That should be fun.
