        Run - 4 km. Easy pace, but my heart rate averaged 142 bpm, 90% of my Target Heart Rate. Funny, because I never felt I was anywhere need this exertion

        Daily Squat Challenge - day 9. I did today’s challenge while standing on my BOSU ball, therefore I combined the squats & balance together
