    Get Up, Stand Up - 1 minute duration. Still unable to do these, but I improved over yesterday

    Tricep Dips - 20 X 3 sets
    Tabata Squats - do as many as you can in 20 sec.; 10 sec. rest x 8 sets

    Hand Grip Strength - ball squeeze

        Shoulder Power Micro workout
        Run - 4 km. Quite hot & humid. Lots of smoke from the forest fires in British Columbia; negatively impacting the air quality. As such I did not run as far nor as fast as I had planned.

        Pull-ups - 12/8/4 = 24 (807 of 1,500)
