    Completed Fitness Advent Calendar Dec 16.
    Completed Dec 16 - Daily Workout "Full House" + EC.
    After lunch did a 3.79 km brisk walk. Average pace: 10:02/km. Road surface:snow, packed snow & ice. Weather was overcast, -7C.

                              Exercised too soon after breakfast. I was definitely sluggish. Good lesson.
