                Hm... new program, new program. Athena's Playbook sounds interesting. The last two have been 'manly men' type programs, something different could be nice. Oh, and no push-ups? Sold.
                Day 1: Cardio complete, at level 1. Good stuff, good stuff.

                  Day 2: Upper Body. Those plank rotations are pretty nifty. Definitely uses some core flexibility. Seems to target some different muscles than the Codex.

                        Day 5: Cardio is done! The program is starting to step up nicely in intensity

                            Finished up today's upper body workout, so week 1 finished in the Playbook. Did not get to sleep on time last night, 8/12 for the running total. Being short on sleep after three nights definitely impacted my day.

                              Alrighty, day 8 done. Lower body workout tonight. 9/13 GBOT, and woke up rested a few minutes before the alarm went off. That's a nice feeling.

                                Day 9: Cardio done.
                                9/14 GBOT. Got to bed about 15 minutes after. Tempting to round it down and call it a success, but it won't do any good to do the challenge half way. Will probably keep at it for more than a month, also.
