    High Intensity Interval Training

Day 1: October 15, 2018. Wanted to begin a new training program. Maybe some exercise will help get rid of insomnia. The test indicated level one.
The plan for this month is the 'Fighter's Warmup', then the 'Combat HIIT' program, followed by the Rest and Rec stretches as a cooldown.
Completed Daily Dare + EC of 100 Palm Strikes in one go before midnight local time (GMT-4).
There are some muscles that are not used to this kind of treatment and are now sore. That will hopefully improve, given some time.

Day 2: October 16: Found that elusive confirmation email.
Today's plan is the same, warm up, Combat HIIT, then Rest & Rec cooldown.

A current goal is to complete the Military Fit program in the coming months. It sounds great, but perhaps not the best plan to start with.

Day 2: Main workout complete! That "High Intensity" part of the name is no joke.

Day 3 Combat HIIT done, plus DD. Not quite so drained after today. Still hoping to notice some progress with coordination/balance soon.
Also, hello noname and Peterpan! Nice to meet ya.

Day 5. Still with it. Completed warmup, today's HIIT, then Daily Dare of Matrix Tilts as 4 sets of 5.
Question: Is it a good idea to switch levels during a program? Or is it better to finish 30 days on level one, then go to level two?

Day 6 done. Figuring it's going to be better to finish the program level one, then think about changing levels.

Day 8 done! Usual warmup, day's Combat HIIT program, daily dare without EC, cooldown. Splitting the dare into three sets was challenge enough!
Seems to be less ab-fat hanging around. Not the original intention, but a welcome change.

Taking a few days while on vacation. Borrowed a personal trainer today, and we went for a jog. He's a Jack Russell Terrier, so still got a workout today!

Day 12 done. Ab day... Was there ever a better word to hear than "rest"?
Oh, and listening to an audiobook copy of Point of Contact by Tom Clancy, read by Scott Brick. An excellent book.
