    HellYeah Thanks for your opinion. I will give it a try but i think i will stick with Monday > HIIT and Wednesday > Yoga. Tuesday is often the harder boulder-session, so i need a little more rest the day after.

            These exercise is a balance and mobility thing for me, there are some issues with my knee from time to time but recently I am good, did you assume it was recovery?
