        Thx folks, I have an agreement with my knees, they tell me when I have to stop, and I do listen. Therefore they agreed to get better over time...


        I am still in negotiations with my shoulders... to get to a similar contract...


        With my back, it has is no sense to speak, it just gets crazy from time to time...

            Those are really valuable agreements, I can tell you from expreience that you have to stick to your part of the deal, or it's off again 😅

                One of my knees recently warned me that just because I'm young I can't do whatever the hell I want with it, so I'll make sure I stick to my part of the agreement as well.

                                The "metal yoga" does actually look like a solid yoga class with some fun thrown in and good music, not like "guy in a band shirt making fun of yoga" - I was positively impressed when I saw it.
