            Well, I think those two are different things. Eating sweets is not per se a bad thing, and one may allow themself to snack sometimes. But indeed, eating them like an automatic pilot without tasting or enjoying them is not quite right.

              That's why I am not watching seasons of shows or playing computer games anymore. I will stick to the device forever even if it's just tetris.
