              Still following my routine of repeating each phase for one more round than they specify, and adding an additional set of each exercise. I've been upping my weight on everything steadily throughout, so that means extra endurance on this final round.

                        Had sinus pressure yesterday and a tension headache today, plus trying to catch up on other chores, so I'm gonna pause my full workouts for the moment. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back up to speed, I just know I've hurt myself in the past by pushing too hard.

                        In other news, I've lost another inch off my waist line and got down to right at 200 lbs for the first time in a while. Minor progress, but I'll take it!
