    Buff Dudes Phase 1 Week 3 Day 3

    Lateral squats 3x30
    Pullups 3x10 (could only manage the negative portion again)
    Assisted one arm pushup 3x20
    Push back push ups 3x15
    Crunches 3x15

    Phase 1 of 4 done, starting Phase 2 next week! My back strength sucks though, only a handful of negative pullups without the assistance machine. Gonna try to do some extra back work & maybe an extra set or two with the assistance each workout whether it's called for or not to work on that lagging back.

        My chinup count sucks. Was supposed to be 3x15 but I'm no good so I just did to failure with good form. Only 3 per set. I am momentarily inferior.

                  noname I like it a lot! They've got several gym-based workouts for bulking, cutting, or general maintenance. Their videos are easy to follow along with too. They are one of the YouTube channels I follow, and so far I've really enjoyed their Bodyweight plan (you can buy their guidebook, or do what I do and watch their videos for free lol). I plan on doing on of their gym workout plans after this 12-week cycle.

                      Short update from yesterday, I am (finally) all caught up on the Fitness Advent Calendar. Did Day 10 this morning after several days of catchup yesterday. Hoping to continue my Buff Dudes workouts this week too, should finish week 5 of 12 this week.
