    Still not as consistent as I'd like, and not getting the full use of my new home gym like I'd expected, but I've also been out of town most of the last 2 weeks & gotten lots of good walking in, so I know I'll get back to it.

    I took a few days off from the Dead Hang, and my grip strength has suffered a little as a result. Will need to be more consistent to keep myself hanging on longer in a single stretch...

    4.8 total miles walking

    Flew to Harrisburg, PA for a work conference, and got to do some sightseeing - I was careful to log my steps at airports and my sightseeing stops. Awesome to think that I walked almost 5 miles throughout a busy day, for a full-time desk job I'll take as much activity as I can get!
