    Athlean-X Posture Challenge Day 3
    Reboot Day 2 Level 1

    I'm surprised by how much time this ends up taking each morning, even at Level 1 for the DareBee program it's like 30-40 minutes. Hopefully this kind of mobility/flexibility work will help my overall posture & foundation muscles while still giving me a little boost in the morning.

                I'm gonna push pause on Reboot since the Posture Challenge takes up so much time each morning, plus I might be able to get some walks in once that challenge is done too. I'm just noticing it takes too much time on my mornings before I have to get to work. I'll pick it up later though!

                    On another note, I took basic measurements for a body fat percentage calculation as a way to see where my overall fitness is. I know that weight is just a number (and to a certain extent so is body fat) but it's also true that lowering both will increase my overall health.

                    I took measurements at the first of the year, and I was at 26.1% body fat. I took new measurements about a week ago after consistent workouts, and I lost a few pounds and over an inch off my waist - body fat is now at 24.5%.

                            I also made a premature end to my Athlean-X challenge. I did the tests slated for day 22 and met the flexibility requirements for all of them, so tomorrow I'll jump back into the Reboot program. Feels good to be able to bend over and touch my toes lol.

                            Hoping to stay on this steady pace with the main Dumbbell Plan and finish up my "extended" Phase 2 this month, then jump into the lower-upper split of Phase 3 in March.
