    Ab Crunch was good but it just reminds me how weak my core is lol. Was still good to do that instead of a full workout, plus getting a walk in with great weather outside. Supposed to rain tomorrow, so no walk but I'll do the dumbbell workouts.

    Cereal for breakfast, leftover chicken & pasta for lunch with veggies, and a Cadbury creme egg as a treat. Shrimp salads for dinner, hopefully I'll get a healthy munch in tonight but the cheese balls are calling my name...

    TODAY'S NOTES

    Last day before I start my new job, but I'll be working remotely for a few weeks thanks to the coronavirus. Gonna have to work to stay focused in my workspace, it's also my library and my workout room haha.

    My wife is getting over her illness as well, she's had a cold the last fewdays but went back to work today, hoping she won't be too worse for the wear.

    TODAY'S FOOD

    Bacon, eggs, and toast this morning. Salsa chicken and veggies for lunch... with an Easter chocolate chaser. Just knocked out a Greek yogurt & apple as a snack after my workout, probably gonna make some chicken & pasta tonight. Starting hydrated where I can.

    Full disclosure, we did "overstock" ourselves a little bit in case things take a turn for the worse with this virus and any community shutdowns they have. Most of our stuff is healthy, but I did make sure my wife is loaded up with chocolate, and I did grab the giant tub of cheese ball puffs, so that may be a comfort snack every now and again. Hoping to keep up with the morning challenges and get some good dumbbell workouts in, I'm in the full-body phase for a few more weeks so that should help.

    Good to do something physical again, should be able to knock out the last 2 days tomorrow. My wife is still down with some kind of cold, not corona but still knocked her off her feet for a few days. I'll be working from home for my first couple of weeks at the new job, getting my body moving will probably help me keep my sanity lol.
