      Plus I finished building & installing shelving units in an alcove in our living room. Stiff from all the work, but it's definitely worth it seeing the finished product!

              EDIT: I fudged on the "bodyweight only" thing, it calls for 21s as inverted rows, but my biceps were already screaming by that time, so I did a lighter weight barbell for the 21s instead. I also wasn't able to to do the chinup holds lol.

                Legs are a little sore from my last workout, but my arms are killing me. I also slept funny on them, so they're probably tense from that too.

                            Plus my wife got 2 miles in on the treadmill while I did my workout! We're starting a routine of hitting the gym together after church on Sundays.
