I think I'll shoot for 70 tomorrow and moving forward. I'm also somewhat proud that my inverted rows are with my legs fully extended. It makes it harder, but I can still bust out quite a few reps, and that will do better for building the full range of muscle. Halfway done with these challenges!
This week will also be the final week of Phase 2 for my Buff Dudes Bodyweight Plan. Next up is an isolation phase, 5 days of targeted muscle work. Based on my schedule I doubt I'll be able to pull off 5 days of extended workouts in a week, but I'll do my darndest!
