            My wife is jumping in a bit more with working out, so I suggested us doing Foundation together. It's been a few years since I did it, and the new version looks pretty good. We will start doing that program together now, I'll fill in with Cardio Go on days she doesn't do it with me.

              Instead of a workout (can't do one today, though I will get some beach walking in), I'll post an update on what's next for my exercise planning...

              I am still working on Cardio Go but it's slow going. I usually do that type of workout when my wife works, but she only works two nights a week. Between other house projects and commitments, I haven't kept up with it as much as I'd like. My original goal was to incorporate that as regular cardio, but it hasn't quite panned out like I'd planned. Still cooking with it though, I will do my best to move ahead with that program and get that shiny badge!

              I'm one day away from wrapping up Hollow Hold and Iron Will. I have done both of those in the mornings before work, with the exception of some of the high-rep days for lunges near the end of the challenge - I just do those later on in the day instead.

              Once those challenges are completed, I will start up with Power Up and also throw in the Ninja challenge. This will be a little more variety and make my workouts a little more well-rounded since my mornings are the steadiest time I have right now.

              As I said in the last post, my wife is really wanting to get back into working out and is giving me permission to bug her a little more about it haha. I had her join me in the first day of the new Foundation program and she seemed to like it, I will try to get her to continue that with me. We also take walks around our neighborhood occasionally, but with Florida heat and Florida rain it can be hard to do that on the regular.

              So basically, I will have 3 programs going at various stages but will still be working out in some capacity every day. I hate to leave something unfinished like a 30-day program, hopefully it won't take forever to knock out Cardio Go and then I can stay steadier with Power Up.

              This is what I'm planning for the next few weeks. Beyond that, I will definitely continue doing challenges in the morning, but may steer clear of doing a full-on program and instead stick to one-off workouts. I said at one point I wanted to work through the entire DareBee library, and that may be a better next step since I can't guarantee a full hour every evening after work to dedicate to a harder program. Outside of DareBee, I will try to get back to the gym once the school year starts (the gym is still open during the summer, but I'm taking a break to try to get myself in better shape before doing heavy lifting). I think this will be a good workout plan in addition to continuing to eat healthy and get good rest.
