                BlackButler Love, love, love the cow! If I’m reading your post right, your mile time is getting close to my quarter mile time. I’m so impressed! I just love seeing speed. Maybe because I have none myself, I love cheering for it in others. Heck, your whole graphic is impressive. You’re an inspiration! Maybe I really will eventually manage a pull-up!

                            OMG This WOD nearly killed me! However I am super chuffed getting a total of 39 Banded Bar Muscle Ups and in consecutive motion too as banded can be very difficult! But each one felt like this on my stomach...

                                Good enough! Hey buddy! Thank you very much! Its thanks to you guys cheering me on A muscle up is a pull up technique where you start at the bottom then pull yourself over the bar and push up. Its a little had to explain hehe! here is an example of one!
