    UPDATE

    I am getting back into Muscle Ups and Handstand Walks. As my new years resolution is to do AT LEAST 4 days of Crossfit I plan to start with 5 reps a day in the first week and go up 1 rep each week. So hopefully by the end of the year I should be able to do 50 a day HAHA!

    Heya sorry for the confusion! Yep you have to do them within the 4 minutes, reps are counted by the 10m shuttle runs. I always have one foot past the marker

Or do you have to row and bike and run for every rep? (The latter seems kind of crazy. But I've never measured rowing or cycling by calories so I really have no clue how long that part of the workout would take.) What is your shuttle run protocol? One foot past the marker? Both feet? Both feet + a hand?
