          Hrmmmm, now I"m trying to imagine a crossfit routine that somehow integrates snow shoveling lifts and folks running around carefully on microspikes. Hrmmm..... ^_^

                    BlackButler - great workout, sorry you keep missing out on CrossFit though
                    Had a snow flurry yesterday but it disappeared quite quickly. No settled snow, an ice warning but nothing major, and today it's a fair bit milder.

                    How are you doing that workout graphic though?

                          Update!

                          Hey guys! Hope the training is going well

                          Thinking about the weakness part of my Tuesday and Thursday Workouts, it seems far too spaced out doing it once a fortnight.

                          What I need to do is exactly how I did my Pull Up Strength by doing a "To Failure" Everyday.

                          However as these are very strenuous exercises I will be focusing on each one once a week, but each of the weekdays I will be doing a to failure exercise. Then on the 5th Week I will attempt it as a strict.

                          Also starting February I will be doing 30 days of NO CHOCOLATE or DOUGHNUTS, so I can stop craving it. Its defiantly going to be difficult, but I will do my best.
