        Wow - installing lights is an unsolved mystery for me, my bf has to do this for me. I learned how to install a dishwasher this year - mainly because I threw the installation guys out of the apartment because they wanted extra money when I had already paid for installation beforehand. Couldn't get my dad on the phone, bf's dad told me he never installs anything that could cause water damage, so I watched YouTube videos for hours before actually starting LOL

              Ate all the junk in the universe yesterday, to get it out of my system I guess/hope.

              Wanted to start Full Circiut (altho I might not do it on lifting days, we'll see) but day 1 was all pounding and neighbor pissing off. (This is a quibble of mine, not just with this site but w a LOT of "do anywhere" workouts. You cannot do a workout that involves stomping/jumping when you have downstairs neighbors in an apt building.) So going to do days out of order, as per usual.

              So, Day 2

              With minor pauses to drink water, open window bc apt was boiling, and turn on stove to cook my hard boiled eggs.

                I do cardio workouts barefoot on a yoga mat when I work out at home, but it really depends on the building I guess. Our downstairs neighbors have two handbag size dogs that bark a lot and scratch on the door like crazy when someone enters the building, so maybe they are more willing to accept some stomping

                    I do this too--mostly out of convenience. (There's nothing but dirt underneath the room I work out in, but yoga is always part of my practice, so it's more time-efficient to go barefoot on a mat for the whole thing.) But also to keep my feet strong and healthy. (A goal I have consciously had since childhood.)

                      i also do cardio barefoot and sometimes on a yoga mat at home too. my feet were one of the areas i note needed the most rehab after my cast. obviously can't go to the weight room at the gym barefoot but i can do my workouts at home that way.

                        I think I just have a super picky neighbor, maybe, bc I consider barefoot on yoga matt a given. Once I replace current floor w cork laminate I'll see, but, that project is a ways away.

                        Today was not a good day to be living in my head, lol. Had a generally low power day trying to lift, and was just miserable w/r/t self image to the point where I had to remove glasses bc watching self wobble and jiggle through high knees nearly brought me to tears. Whatever. Yes, I have a lot of work to do. But I'm fucking doing it, so no sence berating myself, it won't make it work faster. It took 6 month to get into this mess (weight regain), getting out won't be instant.

                        Also I may be fighting some illness. Nose is runny and I've needed extra sleep.

                        Day 1 of 1&1 was successful yesterday, I even marked out calandar to see where I need to double up bc of a planned lunch date w a friend (which thankfully also puts me on a carb day for cousin's wedding).

                        Anyway...

                              Lol CODawn and daejamurrachan. Mine became "jog in place" but, meh, that's the lv I could sustain for the given time so, so be it.

                              Today my 15 mins continuous will be from painting celing tyvm. I am on a manic spree of trying to fix up my apt.

                              But I did Full Circuit day 4 (bc jumping jacks were in 3) to get some actual training

                                The white paint I got to do my bathroom/celing/base coat on walls eventually with... is not the same white my celing was/is. BUT.... 2 shades of white is at least nicer then plaster and chipped paint and water damage showing >.> Almost got so annoyed that I quit working but stopped a moment to assess. I am not going to move every fucking thing in my home in order to paint entire fucking celing at least until spring when my building gets a dumpster outside for us all to use for spring cleaning so that I can dispose of "extra" shit as I move/find things. I would like to not be looking at chipping shit for the next few months, even if the color is off a bit. I need to fucking stop letting my inability to get things done "perfectly" stop me from even trying to at least make them a bit "better". In my apt, in my job, with regauds to diet/fittness/body image, pretty much in my entire life. So, I think that is my resolution this year. (Can still make resolutions on the third, right?)
