    To be fair, I've also just devoured entire packages of cookies and chips, too. I mean, why would they make them so tasty and non-filling if that's not how they're supposed to be consumed?

      Its not about the design tho, its about the discipline. I dont know what that is, but thats what I hear.

        I've got you beat. Scott and I used to lie in bed and eat oreo ice cream out of the bucket. To be fair, there was nothing else to do in the town where we lived.

                  Thanks CODawn. I ended up taking, like, the reccommend doseage of 3 otc painkillers, 3 cups of coffee, and some peppermints and ginger to kill it. I used to get no joke on bed for 3 days type migraine, they have been getting milder (and less common) tho thank goodness.

                    I should get on a scale but I am terrified. I have a belly atm and my pants are really too tight. Giving myself 2 weeks to get in gear before I give up and buy a few 12s to hold me over. Fuck fuck fuck.

                    many/4. Prolly 10? Maybe as much as 12. Not as low as 8. Idk why but at some point I just said fuck it.

                    73 miles. Too bad I slept yesterday morning, could if gotten 80 np.

                    no clue. Too much, tho. Was not logging. Was eating burgers and mac and cheese and these absurd rice checks squares I discovered and did not have any real home cooked food all week.

                    1.5/2. The sore decition to do machine legs + migraine yesterday flooring me just totally threw me off kilter.


                    I nedd to get my ass in gear. I am chubby again, I do not even like my face at this size. I did not do all this work just to fucking fuck it back up.

                      I went through a bad few years with migraines. I think they were hormone related. Sometimes running helped, sometimes heat helped. Sleep didn't. Ugh.

                            Ya. I am going to try very hard to find things to do that don't annoy it so that I don't have to be entirely still but ARGH. Going to have to rest more than I'd like.

                            I have some apt w trainer next week to play w heavy things, I don't want to tell her but I should /sigh
