    Weekly update (mostly to keep self out of kitchen bc I don't want to redo averages LOL)
    1/4 drinks
    6/2 recovery days
    40 miles - usually not worth an undefeated bear but damnit, pretty happy w myself bc I did that whilst sick
    2250 - including last sunday's 3k+ disaster, liberal amounts of coconut water, honey in tea, etc.....
    1/3 but meh, sick
    4/4 all treats were hobbit breakfast actually. 1 cupcake, 3 brownies >.> aparently sick rins need to be bribed w baked goods to go to work

    so... 1800x7 days + 40 miles x80 = 15800. Weekly cals = 15750. So I pretty much ate exactly what I needed somehow. Next week, let's see if I can avoid adding a bacon cheeseburger or other redic bullshit on Saturday night and get one more lower cal day into my pattern >.>

        Thanks aveoturbo, I am. Still coughing a bit but no longer a scary barking flemy cough, and a runny nose but no sinus pressure. I think I will restart this round of lifting tomorrow.

        finally did back and core 14. Star planks involved some crashing and an annoyed downstairs neighbor, lol.
        Some extra walking added to commute bc that was not 15 mins.

          I will not restart my lifting today, I still feel like shit. Was going to. Decided to go to the grocery store first to test myself out. Felt light headed carrying groceries so... grml

          Back and Core 17 - I cannot properly do the alt leg/arm planks. I CAN cross my raised foot over the other, and keep my raised arm by my side, but I cannot get them both stretched out properly

                        STILL coughing. I have been propping myself up for work and general cheerfulness w sugar...and not really going over cals... so basically eating sugar instead of healthy food. Maybe this is part of the issue /sigh. My insurance w new job comes through in a month, hopefully I am not STILL SICK by then tho LOL.

                        some yoga - my morning yoga lately is seated half moons, seated twists, eagle pose arms, a forward fold, some cat/cows, pidgeons, childs pose, and the arm though childs pose shoulder stretch. Idk where I got this from but, I like it as a flow.

                              if it is a virus type cold, maybe you could take mega-doses of Vit C & L-Lysine? when i don't feel well, i take them like candy and it will usually knock whatever out in 24-ish hours (dries up cold sores before they blister) mega-dose risks with Vit C are peeing orange and dizziness (dizzy happens in the super gargantuan mega dose range used to treat cancer). risk of OD with L-Lysine is gall-stones, diarrhea and stomach cramps. not advised for people with Hi-cholesterol, kidney disease or history of gall-stones. therapeutic level of L-Lysine is 3 gram; up to 9 grams for cold sores split in multiple doses. the OTC that I have is 500 mg. i will take that 3-6 times a day with a Vit-C with great results. i included the "small print" because i know that i don't have medicines or medical conditions that it could react to. and sorry i didnt think to suggest it early. if it works for you, it would have saved you a week of not feeling good.

                                Thanks sleep_twitch CODawn and daejamurrachan I knew abt L-lycine for cold sores but not other viruses.... I will remember that for next time. I think this virus is hanging on so long bc of stress and poor nutrition really. My ginger/lemon/honey concoction usually saves me if I get it early on and it didn't. My body wanted a break so it forced me to take one.

                                Somewhat better today. Walked to gym mostly to get the walk. Resetting myself.
