                  Yesterday was strange. Did no real work, was explaining myself to ppl all day. I am being transparent about my main reason for going (401k= coop) (bc I want them to stop looking for carrots to give me, it is wasting their time and insulting to me) but opaque about my next options. "I am running away to join the circus."

                  Will try to do some actual work today, lol.

                  Getting back to the grind altho I will be slightly inturrupted bc I am going to see my best friend for a few days (bought a plane tic for day after my last day LOL).

                        My PLAN was to sleep early, up super early, to gym as it opened, do barbell work today. But I could. Not. Sleep. Last night so... up at 630. Leisurely breakfast w cat. To gym too late to lift unless I wanted to battle ppl so... I guess I'll keep this week tues/sat. Makes sence to do some lighter time under tension forst I guess to get body ready to dive back in, maybe.

                        Abs and Carrys
                        Arms and chest - pushups, 6,6, 5.8
                        Abs and core - circles
                        Brute Abs - 10s on folds, 15 on twists/chops, 25 on tilts
                        Pullup work - invert rows - pull grip, bar mid chest, only heels on floor. 3 set 5.
                        Dare, lunge stepups, no ec
                        Carrys - 2x24kg bells, 4 sets 50 steps, 30 sec rests. 2x8kg bells 1 racked 1 down, 4 sets 50 steps no rests.

                        Why do I feel lazy /sigh

                              Get some gurl! Props on your new adventures. Also I am impressed with your 22 miles on foot the other day. Holy bananas. I'm tired if I have to get up off the couch and get the remote from the other end of the couch (to be fair, it's a big couch).

                                Thanks CODawn aveoturbo and daejamurrachan - the whole "offer the carrot late" bit is a pet peeve of mine. Unless it is a retroactive carrot it is a hallmark of not so great management imho, sort of the ultimate left handed compliment.

                                I actually have a few offers on the table, w minimal looking, and will make my final decision after my last day. I am running away to join the circus, basically.
