I failed at avoiding sugar. And then once I failed, I binged on it for days so... new tactic. I bought an awesome chocolate bar that is supposedly 3 servings. That, plus one random treat, is my sugar "budget" for the week. Hopefully this will be a more effective tactic.
Recovery Day
dare - hollow hold - not in one go. form was shit. I need to do more abs word
Action Hero - did as 2 sets of 160 march steps to not terrorize my neighbor
Yoga - 30 mins down dog beginner 1 recovery set
I am trying to be better about taking some lighter days if I won't actually rest, so that maybe I am not QUITE so fucking sore all the time. (also I am beginning to think I am actually inhibiting strength gains and basically working on strength-endurance/tenacity which I fucking have covered already thanks with my current setup.)
Just have to share this.... when my husband was job hunting he was feeding the cats around 4pm. He found something (part time so far, but, something at least) and I was out today.... this is what greeted him at 615.
