A 'rinish evil genius week would include 2 difficulty 4 strength workouts, 1 10+ mile walk, an easier but higher volume strength workout, and 3 pjs yoga/low impact cardio/very easy strength workouts, with no order whatsoever, just do them all in a week as you see fit. LOL.

Follow is a brain dump regarding yesterday's debacle and a small thing I did in response:


I woke up really anxious/desperate this morning. Yesterday was a coup. It failed, but that's what it was. Fucking terrorists tried to overthrow our election results and install a facist wannabe-dictator. And they failed NOT bc our government or millitary or police responded brilliantly, but only bc the terrorists were unorganized assholes. Had they actually been organized, they could have easily blown up the capital building and sewn enough chaos for orange orangutan to call for martial law.

And I couldn't think of anything helpful that I could do, besides calling my representatives to support impeachment/25th amendment, not sharing disinformation, and trying to correct people who were. (No, Aunt Gloria, those weren't antifa plants waving confederate flags inside congress.) Did these things, didn't feel better, bc rly everyone should at least be doing that. But it's not like trying to get to DC to counter protest in the middle of a pandemic and give these assholes someone to fight with/become a plague vector would be helpful.

But then. I ran across Ivanka's deleted tweet calling these terrorists patriots. And I thought about how many respected, highly placed, people in retail know and respect me and friends of mine and started w emails/messages/etc. I am certain I was not the only one up to this, as her handbags are unlisted from macys/bloomies and nordstrom's websites atm.

It's not much in the face of this huge fucking mess, but I feel better having done SOMETHING useful at least. You should not get to say something like that then just duck back into polite society all business as usual. Fuck that.

Because it failed, some more right wing radicals who got into the Republican party are now scared and ditching the orange Pres.
I suggested during the votes count that he should be forced hospitalized at a psychiatric institution. I still stand behind this saying. It would be so sweet to get thrown out days before his actual term ends.

Thinking of all our US bees, hoping for the situation to calm down and no more people being harmed by these assholes. I hope they all rot in jail for what they did. Ugh.

I always have liked the international take on US political shit. It's unfortunate that now it includes "and that lunatic has launch codes". Really hoping that whatever shenanigans they pull on the 19th/20th etc are equally unorganized. I don't believe this is over. I don't believe cabinet members are resigning for moral reasons, they want enough of them gone that the 25th can't be invoked/they don't want their vote for that on the record. The obstructionist Republican tactic of just not voting on shit so voters can't see your record strikes again.
