    14, 175 steps yesterday

    Last nigh I had an attack of some combo of sickness muscle aches and like, doms on steroids. My answer to this was half productive (take an epsom soak) and half maladaptive (order pizza from bath and have hubby bring me 3 slices). It culminated in a charlie horse so bad I was drinking pickle juice.

    Maybe immediately going from "couch potato who does a short workout a day" to something close to my prior activity level with not much "ramp" (to use mtg term lol) and shitty nutrition while dealing with recovery/illness wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done.

    So. Going to take multi vits for a week or so (bc who knows what got depleted being sick) and try to be conscious about building balanced meals (grapes are not a meal, 'rin, even if you eat 5 servings) and getting enough protein. And going to be a tiny bit less ambitious. But only a tiny bit. Bc I'm still me.


    Anyway.

    yoga day 4
    Ironborn day 14- 15s except 8s on uprows and flys
    w2r was a 15min walk, I got 4k steps on an abbreviated woods jaunt.

      Feel better soon . I hate those pains. At one time I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible twitches in my leg.

              My nutrition was better yesterday + I took a premptive epsom bath in afternoon.

              My sleep has been hillarious last few days - to bed early, up for a few hrs around 1-2 am, back awake between 5-7. I think I am just bored and sleep is a time machine.

              yesterday was 10375 steps

              I got a kettlebell! Slightly heavy for 1 handed things (25lbs) but perfect for swings which is what I want. Am going to do random sets of 10 swings throughout day, trying for 100+. Funny story tho. Tried and tried to order, was using hubby's job website bc they had not marked up but ofc it was sold out...finally got an order in and cancled, was SO mad. Hubby told a buddy who is still working in shipping, to see if he could hide me one..... he had one lying around home unused. Wouldn't even take $$ for it.

              Yoga day! I choose to do a different arm stretch instead of nemisis hero >.> Also from now on I may skip Savannah in 1st set and do longer at end, it is somewhat jarring for me to come out of that and do more yoga somehow. My body thinks it = done.

              Ironborn was legs. 15lbs

              w2r I may have told the final set of run to fuck off. May try again later w slightly longer walks, or just forge ahead tomorrow, am undecided.

                  You got that right😏 I ordered a bed online over 10 days ago and have heard nada from the place about delivery. Husb wants me to cancel the order. I want the damn bed. I am willing to wait longer cuz of the notice that some of their stores have had to close cuz of the virus. I think we just have to practice patience in this country. Not something we are used to doing here....

                      Me too! I always do savasana at end of yoga and right before meditation....makes for a calmer mind imo

                        Hm, there's no problem with shipping here. My headphones arrived sooner than I expected and my boyfriend got the office chair he ordered within 3 days as well. Though that might be because our country is significantly smaller.

                          Shipping here seems.... randomly bad. It depends if that particular warehouse is in a hot zone or not etc. I guess. My cat food was a week late (w a nice discount) but something else I ordered showed up in a day. At the beginning when I was trying to work from home to help ppl online 85% of it was "why did my order get canceled/delayed?" and the answer usually was "our computer system shows we have it so your order went through...but the item is located in a store we can't legally let staff into to pull it atm.".


                          I got 8589 steps and 100 kettlebell swings yesterday

                          It is damp (not raining but wants to) and I am just low energy today.

                          Tomorrow I will go back 2 days in w2r and work back to day I blew off - 2nd attempt yesterday was fail also.

                          Today I looked at Ironborn and did Anywhere Abs instead.
                          Did my Meditation for Yoga.
                          Did Best thing since sliced bread on lv1

                          Will do a bunch of swings today to keep movement at least partially on point.

                          I don't expect to be back to work before June, and possibly mid June - NY state is doing a phased reopening, phase 1 when a region meets particular goals (ny city is great on a few stats but horrific on others) included manufacturing and wholesale, retail starts in phase 2 if numbers stay good 2 weeks later. I don't know what I'm so worried about, I am fine on UI. (Altho this is the 1st time I've had more then 10 days off work in a row since I was 19.) Somehow I am depressed by the fact I haven't done spring cleaning but too depressed to do it? Or anxious bc the plan has no dates when really, a smart plan in this mess CAN'T have dates? And I am being princess grouchy pants w hubby and need to can it. Idk. I'll get moving tomorrow. Today is pjs day.

                                I did groceries today and... argh. I spent WAY too much and had way much to carry home. Meat costs more then it should and empty shelves effect my brain, basically. Panic at the Acme.

                                Also my dad reminded me that everything should be cooked well done bc of our current supply chain possible contamination. So there goes my idea for burgers. BUT my dad sounded a lot closer to his usual self. (Including political ranting, I think he is doubly angry that the Republicans have gotten so abhorrent to him that he has to temporarily ignore he dislikes Democrats also; he is a leftover hippy who is still disappointed the revolution never happened, basically.)

                                It is FUCKING cold and gale warning winds tho so I am not playing outdoors today. Played some commander with sleep_twitch and we both had misbehaving decks.
