      Went to bootcamp. Walked there (6 miles) and otw home (stopped for coffee).

      Told trainer I had fucked shoulder up, got scolded, was only allowed to use 7.5lb weights lol. Did a bunch of squats, side lunges, hinges, some biceps curls and triceps kickbacks, abs work, bridges. Beautiful weather today and I'm enjoying my walk, but I should of eaten more breakfast (just scarfed a kind bar bc I ran and did groceries before leaving for class) bc I was so starving I got a wakeup wrap w my coffee >.>

            Chest and back light and will walk to the train then walk as much around city as friend can handle.

            Going to MOMA then Morton's happy hour (petite fillet and shrimp cocktail and maybe a wedge salad and 1 drink and BAM a "fancy" dinner w a friend that doesn't wreck my budget OR either of our meal plans (she had gastric bypass 6ish months ago and is being a rockstar about following her treatment team's plan, so I asked her where she could get something acceptable for dinner so she is not just eating tuna pouches out of her handbag...altho it's nice out so I could of grabbed something for a picnic if she wanted to do that)) then meeting our respective husbands (who both have to work today and barely know each other anyhow) to see "The Man Who Killed Don Quixote". Part of her motivation for surgery was her mobility was getting restricted bc of size (joint pain etc) and she says she is good to walk "long distances" again but, idk if MY definition of distance or not LOL. Will see, theater is 1.5 miles from restaurant so we will at least do that.

              Man who killed Don Quixote was much more Brazil then Monty Python. Deeply weird and I really liked it. Glad it was an emphreal sort of single release tho bc that suits its oddness.

              When I lost weight the first time, walking was my secret weapon (I like to say that I literally walked my ass off) so I need to not be salty w self if that is "all" I manage to do.

                      (Re)started iron born today. Day 1 was chest/shoulders/triceps so I used my 5s at home. May use 7.5s on some of back/biceps day and 7.5s or 10s for legs while I finish up rehab. Not thinking about what I used on this before/sigh.

                      I need to get caught up here.

                      diet is going...ok. last night I went off the reservation to the tune of half a pizza BUT... day was good otherwise so even w that was at 2400ish cals which is about my maintenance now that I have my steps back on point.

                        Iron born day 2, back and biceps. 8lbs except both upright rows and bent flys are potentially painful for shoulder so I did those w no weight. Also, biceps curls were more comfy as hammers so did those.

                          Shoulder was unhappy yesterday, and I "noticed" it this morning. Was worried abt holding dumbells through iron born legs then had a brainstorm.

                          Gym near job has these odd shaped bag/yolk things. Bulgarian bags. Idk what they are actually for, but I slung a 27lb one across my shoulders for ironborn day 3.

                          decided to kill legs w volume so also did
                          Tendon Strength
                          White Rabbit w no rest
                          And Hip Dips



                          have eaten like crap last 3 days so figure I had energy to burn. Also getting back on track today, damnit.

                            I somehow couldn't bear to lay down on floor today so did Aurora, lv1
