Most of the free programs on DoYouYoga are quite short. https://www.doyouyoga.com/discover/free-for-all/
Cody has lots of great short classes. That is a subscription service now though. https://www.codyapp.com/

I've done a few of these / YTX with Savannah. Pretty good.

Thanks 'rin and Rainbow Dragon I will check both of those out for sure. I think I've used Down Dog before, but it is strangely not on my phone anymore so my kidlet probably deleted it. I appreciate the suggestions!

                Feb 20th - Tuesday

                Push-Up Master Challenge D22 ~ 30 walkout push-ups (20/10)
Meditation Challenge D19 ~ yoga + 13 minutes -- did Yoga For Hips, Hamstrings & IT Bands and then zipped right through my mediating time via shavasana at the end. The perfect end to everything today.

                Full Pull Wk 8 ~ 9 tucked lever pull-ups

I suppose technically I did this with EC because I held the plank between the 4th and 5th exercise (and straight to the end), but I took a small inhale-exhale break between the v-ups and hollow hold. Torturous! I used push-up handles to my L-sit so I was completely off the floor and this is my longest held L-sit (30sec) to date!

I went through this workout twice more for three sets as well. Second time through I did 20secs and third time I did 15secs.

                Carbon & Dust ~ Chapter 9 -- easy peasy!

I decided to start Combat HIIT this afternoon because I wanted another option than running every day and I tend to avoid HIIT anything like the plague... Day 1 wasn't hard at all and during my minute rest I worked on a crossword puzzle, but it got me nicely warmed up to do some yoga afterwards. That 15 rounds for level 3 was a little intimidating, but it went by very quickly!

                ---

On side note heading to see Black Panther tonight. Hopefully it is good because I don't want to have wasted my evening sitting in an uncomfy chair with strangers. Especially if I could have plopped my butt in a cozy spot at home and played AC Origins until I was ready for bed. Even as I type that it is was more appealing than going to a movie...

I hate going to movie theaters. I would much rather wait until it's out on DVD, good movie or bad.

Same here. I don't let myself get roped into these situations very often, but I typically end up regretting it.

The movie was great, but the theater experience was garbage. Feet on the back of my chair and talking by the teenage pipsqueaks behind me, people constantly walking back and forth in the aisle
Shoulda stayed home and played video games

I honestly don't know if we have Alamo theaters up here Canada, maybe in some of the bigger cities ?? I wish the theaters here did that though. I know it happens on the rare occasion, but most of the employees working in these places now are teenagers so nothing happens

                              Feb 21st - Wednesday

                              Push-Up Master Challenge D23 ~ 30 knuckle (advanced w/EC)

                              Full Pull Week 8 ~ 9 mixed grip (27/63)

                              Carbon & Dust ~ Chapter 10

Combat HIIT Day 2 ~ Level 3 / 5 rounds -- slow, controlled, deep push-ups and punches done on the punching bag

Meditation Challenge and yoga to still be done, most likely done one right after the other like I usually do. Possible do a short run this afternoon too, but not completely decided yet.

And I think that is the last of it for today. Headache is plaguing me for the last few hours so a run probably won't happen. Likely do more yoga in the evening though because my legs are starting to feel all those kicks from yesterday!

                                Meditation Challenge D20 ~ 13 minutes

Yoga for Neck Pain, Back, Shoulder Pain & Tension via YOGATX -- thanks again noname I am fan of the length of most of these videos, it's perfect!
