Today is the rest day in the trainig plan, but I thought that true Assasins aren't just fit, they are also flexible, because they are able to avoid all of the attacs. So I decided to add some stretching at the rest days XD

Today I chose to do a HIIT instead of High Burn in order to make my exercising schedule more varied. It was interesting, I can say that I definitely feel fresh.

I also had three hours of walking in the winter forest today, while we were filming a fan-film so that adds up to feeling fresh)

              Here again!

Got some health and motivation problems - have been trying to get back into consistent exercising since December 2018.

In May I started doing warm-ups every day, starting with 3 min routine and gradually making it 15 minutes. Doing it consistently every day almost without exceptions.
In July I started doing workouts 2-3 times a week. Then I've started Foundation Light program (https://darebee.com/programs/foundat...t-program.html)
I've missed only one day of the program - and today I'm on day 28.
              Two more days to go!

Well, that went sure as planned
I failed to do my last Foundation Light day in August and I did almost none exercise in September.
In October I started to do my morning warm-ups again and I've started to do FL from scratch in November. I'm now on day 16 of the program, and I've been doing it for 23 days with one or two days breaks in my chain.

I don't feel that it's the "right" way to do the program, but I know that it's better than not to do it at all.
So I'll pretend that progress stacks as long as I don't make too big breaks that will seem like giving up.

                      Morning warm-up

                      Foundation Light - Day 18 (lvl 1)

For three days I had no physical activity. It was hard to focus on it - I spent most of the weekend doing house chores.
It was really hard to make myself do warm-up today. I can do my standard warmup in 3 to 5 minutes, but it took me around 30 minutes to do it today. I blame my lack of schedule, my flare-up of colitis and overall low morale.
Though, I did it in the end. That's nice.

That did not go as planned. Again. I start to notice a pattern here.

Anyway. I did no exercise from 12-th to 15-th of December and dropped my FL program for an entire week. It does not feel right to continue doing it, but starting it all over again sounds like a nightmare.
I feel like I'm body-wise quite ready to do it, and can already move on something more difficult.
But I can't just drop it either.

So, in the end, I decided to do it in twice the time. Two days of Foundation Light in one day. I'm not sure how it will help me be more consistent with seeing it through, but why not try?

                        So.

                          Welcome back!

Don’t sweat it! The most important is that you are back again!

How do you feel about printing the FL and sticking it to a wall so you can cross it when you’re done? Sometimes, a “physical” solution gives us just enough to keep going. Specially if you put it on a place where your eyes constantly wanders.

That's actually a great idea, thank you! I may apply it sometime)

For now I am still alive, and I'm doing the Baseline program for the last 17 days.
I hope that my good life balance will (re)start with my new-found consistency in exercising.
                            13 days to go!

Upd. I really enjoy Baseline program so far. It is so much easier than Foundation Light with no days in which I have to get into the plank on the ground.

Yesterday was a strange day, had no will to exercise.
Squeezed in one workout today, Baseline day 18. If I will have no more breaks in the chain.

It's so hard to just focus and do what I have planned, like, most of the time. It makes me so annoyed with myself near the end of the day.

                                - day 19

Back on track with morning warm-up and evening Baseline workout.

I really need to star doing workouts in some normal time, not at 9 to 11 PM. I don't know why it's so hard to just follow a consistent schedule.
I also noticed that I'm starting to be overweight again. I was 82 in 2018. After that due to my rapid progression of my colitis, I lost 20 kg. But I started to gain weight after therapy and now I'm again at 80 kg.
At the start of March I decided to journal my diet, trying to reduce it. Still at gained couple of kg during this month. My goal is to get back to 79 to the end of March.
