Thanks! Figured I'd try to start posting again. I'm still caught up on Better Arms and I'm thinking of starting the Back & Core program. The good people at my chiropractor's office say that I need to work on my core, but they're a little specific about how to reduce pressure on my spine. For example no twisting exercises or sit-ups, probably going to modify crunches.

Today I attempted the daily dare of 60s climber taps, day 4 of the Better Arms challenge, and I did 3 sets of the Valhalla workout. I modified the Valhalla workout a bit, though. I did regular lunges and squats and just did 10 pushups each time. My thighs were still screaming at me, so it was definitely still a good workout.

Hi all! I'm back! I'm trying to get back into this....again. Right now it's a bit difficult since I'm now pregnant! (Yay!) I couldn't really find a program that would work for me and keep my interest (I tried Foundation Light but got bored....). So, right now I'm trying to do the Daily Dares that I'm able to, as well as the WoD. For today's, it's 40 Knee to Elbows for the DD, which I can do. For the WoD, which is #Strong, I'm going to modify it a little bit. Instead of the Deadlift & Twist, I'm just going to do a forward bend. I'm not sure if I should be doing the twist part, so I'll eliminate that part. Looking forward to this!
Also, I'm currently at 14 weeks and due September 4th.

This past month or so I've been working on the Square 1 program and today I finished it! Super excited to be done and to pick out a new program.

I took too much time off from Spellbound so I decided to change programs rather than start over at this point. So, I've been doing the TEN program instead. I've completed through Day 8 of it.

Checking in! Still going on Spellbound! Some of the chapters have had more than 1 workout associated with them, so I'm only doing 1 a day. As a result, some chapters are taking more than one day to do, but that's ok. I'm still going strong. I took last night off due to some serious cramping, but I'm going to be back at it today!

Well, I finally got around to finishing Athena's Playbook the other day. Yesterday I started Spellbound. My thighs are pretty shot from all of the reverse lunges, but it's good. I have a long trip today, so hopefully I'll be able to find some time to work out once I get there.
