                  modified to low impact so I doubled the reps on everything except push-ups, which were incline rather than knee push-ups
                  Fightmaster 30 Day Beginners Yoga Challenge day 15
                  ▪ ​Meditation​​​​​​ 6 minutes
                  guided meditation on Joy

                  Although I have officially finished the Daily Gratitude 30-Day Challenge; I want to continue posting it here as part of my daily routine. My plan is to post 3 things a day as the original challenge stipulated for the next 3 days, which will bring my list to 99. Beginning with #100, I will just post one thing each day.

                            100》mistakes ~It is important to remind myself to be grateful for my mistakes. Of course, the perfectionist in me hates every tiny error, and wants to bundle them all into a gigantic ball of shame and hurl it at me, but mistakes are nothing to be ashamed of; they are experiences that have taught me and helped me to grow. So, today I give thanks for the many mistakes I have made and will continue to make.

                              This is really a good thing to note, and you’ve said it very well. The older I get, the more important those mistakes become to my past and present education😉
