    Happy Mid-October fellow bees!

    September ended up being very busy. Family Camp was wonderful! And my daughter did so well that when we returned her treatment team decided that she was ready to step down from the partial hospitalization program (10 hours a day, 7 days a week) to the outpatient program, which is only 5 days a week for 3 hours. After a couple of weeks she was able to cut back to 3 days, and this past Thursday she was discharged! She now has weekly appointments with a therapist and a dietician and monthly appointments with a psychiatric PA. A good part of my September was spent finding these specialists in our area - who were covered by our insurance -who were taking new patients, and making those appointments.

    ▪I did finish the Upper Body Challenge!
    ▪I stalled on Athena's Playbook, but i hope to pick it up again in the next week or two.
    ▪I started the October Challenge yesterday.

    It is nice to be back!

                            ▪1.61 mile walk
                            This was significant for two reasons:
                            1) It was actually cool enough fot a midday walk.
                            2) I got to walk with my daughter! One of the reasons she was in treatment was because she has an eating disorder, so exercise has been off limits to her for the past 12 weeks. Now, she is able to add some back in.

                                I am so glad to hear that your daughter is doing so well and I hope she continues to do so! You have done a pretty great job staying on track despite everything that is going on and that is commendable! Congrats and your new grandbaby! How exciting!! Also congrats on finishing Totals!
