    I intended to repeat the Belly Dance practice, but the day got away from me. Since tomorrow is a holiday, i will try to do it then.

        I slept really late (for me) and then spent the rest of the morning fending off a migraine (successfully, thankfully) so late getting started.

            When i turned 40, i told my kids that my birthdays would henceforth go in reverse.

                That is true, AnnieW! I was just thinking second childhood.
                My idea never really took anyway; they just kept aging me.
                Though, as someone once famously said, "It beats the alternative!"

                    Exercise of the Day/Daily Dare #341 +EC #282
                    September Challenge: Daily Squats day 7

                    Afternoon
                    Did a few Cosmic Kids Yoga videos with granddaughter (her choice)
                    She outlasted me; i started feeling dizzy and had to sit down.
                    I have been having very mild but somewhat frequent dizzy spells over the last few days. I am hoping that maybe it is because of congestion due to allergies, although i don't really feel congested. I am taking decongestant along with my antihistamine now to see if it helps. I am also trying to drink more water in case it is dehydration. Whatever it is, it's weird and annoying.


                    Took a nap, which helped.

                      I hope what you're doing helps and those dizzy spells won't bother you for much longer. Maybe it's lack of salt? That always used to be a problem for me, especially during the hotter months when I sweat a lot.

                        I hope the dizziness clears up quickly! Mine tends to be anemia related, so maybe you're having problems with your magnesium/zinc/iron levels?

                          Thank you, lofivelcro! I do eat plenty of salt, probably too much

                          JCU, I take the supplements you mentioned as well, but i might need to increase the magnesium. !

                          The dizziness was pretty constant throughout Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, but finally went away yesterday afternoon and has so far not returned. I really hope that is the end of it!
