    day 127

    Yesterday was a horrible allergy day followed by a terrible night's sleep (or lack thereof), so today's routine was kind of out of whack, but i got most of my things done.

    ​​ Deep Breathing Meditation and Hug day 115
    ​​ Daily Gratitude: a better day allergy-wise
    ​​ Daily Victory: went to bed at my actual target bedtime

                            Neck & Shoulders Stretch

                            10-minute meditation
                            My deep breathing in the mornings and evenings has been pretty short lately, and it felt really good to take some time for a genuine meditation. Afterwords i lay down on the couch for a nap until i was jolted awake by the smoke detectors going off! No fire; just time to replace the batteries.
