      Easy Workout #27: Bring Me Some Pie level I substituted step jacks for half jacks, march steps for high knees, plank rolls for rotations, and plank walk-outs for plank into lunges
      Exercise of the Day/Daily Dare #321 (+EC #264) I did not look nearly as graceful as the lovely illustration!

      Gratitude: snuggles with sleepy 3-year-olds

                        We have been dog-sitting this week for my son and daughter-in-law, a very energetic but well-behaved boy.

                        They will be picking him up today.

                        This afternoon will be laundry and packing, because
                        "I'm leavin' on a jet plane. . ." very early in the morning. We are headed to Colorado (west side this time) for a visit with my mother-in-law. We will fly back with our youngest daughter on Thursday. I am looking forward to seeing the mountains again and to cooler temperatures, especially at night! I hope to get in lots of walking and hiking while we are there.
