      Right shoulder and right knee were both a bit cranky, so i was pleased to have a light workout.

            JCU and Ninshubur, indeed it is! I struggle a lot with housekeeping tasks in general.

            Thank you for the encouragement, Ninshubur! Rotator Cuff is great; i do it ~or even just bits of it~ frequently as i tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders.

              Since my daily morning walks are not happening right now, due to weather and time restraints, i have been looking for something to take their place. I tried the Five Tibetan Rites a while back, but they didn't really fit. Last week i did the Morning Ritual Workout every morning, but it wasn't quite right either. Then, CarbonaraTamara reminded me about some Tai Chi videos i found a few months ago. Perfect!

                    Thanks, Colin; i have saved the video.
                    As to the extreme weather, we have had just the normal Texas summer heat (which is still extreme to me). In fact, today's high was about 10 degrees cooler than normal. Everything is air conditioned here, thankfully!

                    Thank you, CarbonaraTamara, for jogging my memory! I am enjoying this new practice as well.
